About Rochelle

Rochelle has been a voracious reader since she was able to string sentences together. As a child, Saturdays were her absolute favorite day because it was library day! The day where she could check out a whole new stack of books and toddle back home, peering over the giant stack in her arms, and discover countless new worlds. While she had some early ideas of becoming a writer and did some dabbling while in school, she discovered that her true calling and her bliss was bringing stories to life through performance.  

Rochelle began her journey as a performer and princess at 7 years old when she donned a bikini top and stuffed both legs into a pair of seafoam green sweatpants and demanded her family watch as she sang “Part of Your World” as The Little Mermaid. She made her directorial debut a few years later when she again sat her family down to watch her latest production of Beauty & the Beast where she, of course, played the role of Belle and directed her younger sister to portray the rest of the characters.

Rochelle’s fairy tale life became a reality in 2010 when she opened up her own children’s entertainment company where she has performed as a multitude of singing princess and fairy tale characters. Bringing characters to life while directing & producing her own shows for 14 years, Rochelle is confident bringing these skills into the booth. With her love of fairy tales and joy of working with children, she especially loves narrating fantasy and mystery for children, Middle Grade and YA.

As a hopeful romantic she embodies the feisty, quirky heroine with spunk and witty banter. With a BFA in Acting, extensive improv training including UCB (Upright Citizens Brigade NYC), a background in regional musical theatre, Rochelle combines her years of theatrical experience with her passion for reading. She has also trained with Elise Arsenault in The Great Audiobook Adventure. An avid reader of fantasy and romantasy, she brings her comedic experience and timing to her joy of narrating romantic comedies and cozy mysteries, especially if they have a magical, fantastical or paranormal flavor. 

When she is not living in her magical fantasy world and grounds herself in this reality, Rochelle is also passionate about helping women reclaim their power through health, wellness, spirituality and all things witchy. She practices yoga, reads oracle cards, basks in the full moon while charging her crystals and also holds a Holistic Health Coach Certification and Transformational Nutrition Coach Certification. With her background and understanding of nutrition and wellness, she brings a light and relatable voice to non-fiction in the occult, self-help or wellness genre.

She records from her home studio with her black cat familiar, Luna.
